Citibank's customers enjoy 24/7 access to services via the internet through Citibank Online and telephone through CitiPhone, a fully serviced phone banking system.

Diners Club The world changed 50 years ago when Frank McNamara created the first multi-use charge card - the Diners Club Card. In 1950, a world without cash was inconceivable. Today, an economic universe without plastic is just as inconceivable

Mortgages

Citibank is an established player in the Australian mortgage market. Since 1987 it has been a catalyst for change in the mortgage industry with a reputation for innovation. The 'line of credit' or equity loan was pioneered by Citibank Australia and has been replicated worldwide. Citibank also established the securitisation market for Mortgages, which led to the introduction of Mortgage originators such as Aussie Home Loans.

More recently, we were the first bank to implement a web-based loan system from application to settlement, with approval provided to mortgage brokers in less than two minutes.

Citibank Mortgages encompasses a range of products designed to suit all customer needs, including Offset Mortgage, Mortgage Power and Basic and Standard Variable Mortgages. Mortgage Plus provides a complete banking package for customers with a choice of mortgage, Citibank Gold Card and offset savings account. We also offer a wide range of commercial loans. Products are available through mortgage brokers and direct from Citibank.

Credit Cards

Citibank is the world's largest issuer of credit cards and offers a complete range of options to suit all customers. Unique to Citibank, cardholders can include a personalised photograph and digital signature on their credit card for added security.

We were the first to offer a Platinum card in Australia. Other credit cards include Gold and Silver Visa and MasterCards which are linked to our comprehensive Rewards Program offering a range of merchandise, gift vouchers, discounts, access to events and hard-to-get tickets.

More recent additions to Citibank's credit card portfolio are Clear Card which offers customers a low interest rate and the BP-Citibank MasterCard which offers great savings on fuel and all other items at over 1,300 BP outlets across Australia as well as cash back on all other spending.

In conjunction with alliance partners Citibank also issues credit cards under other brands including Bank of Queensland, IMB, Wide Bay Australia, Maitland Mutual and several credit unions through an agreement with CUSCAL (Credit Union Services Corporation Australia Limited).

Diners Club Australia

Diners Club was established in Australia in 1956 and offers a range of personal, business and co-branded cards. Diners Club provides a broad range of financial and money management services to its Members, through services such as GST Solution, Diners Club Credit Line, online account management and reconciliation and Club @lerts.

Diners Club Rewards was launched in November 2001 and since then, the program has continually evolved to offer Diners Club members one of the best Rewards programs in the marketplace. It has been awarded with five stars in CANNEX's Reward Star Ratings and was a winner in Money Magazine's Best of the Best 2007 awards.

Wealth Management

Citibank offers a range of products and services designed to meet the everyday needs of our customers. These include transaction accounts, such as Citibank's award winning Citibank Plus Account and the high interest Ultimate Saver and Ultimate Business Saver products.

Citigold is a personal banking and investment service offered to clients who hold $100,000 in deposits and/or investments with Citibank. Citigold clients are entitled to a Relationship Manager to help them with their banking and investment needs, and who will actively seek ways to help the client achieve financial success.

Each Relationship Manager is supported by a team of experts, including: Investment Consultants, Treasury Consultants, Mortgage Consultants, and a Research team - who they can call upon to provide the client with additional expertise.
