Technology Graduate Associate Program

Citi has two Technology groups -

  • Citi Markets & Banking Technology
  • and Citi Technology Infrastructure

Both teams provide a unique entry point for high calibre graduates to develop as technologists, as individuals and as team players. The program will give the opportunity for graduates to get 'hands-on' in a professional team environment supporting dynamic businesses whilst giving a unique opportunity to learn about the technologies and the businesses we support.

Citi Markets & Banking (CMB) Technology

Graduates will be exposed to many aspects of working within a dynamic investment banking technology environment. This will include directly supporting businesses in using solutions; analysing business requirements; developing and managing applications as well as ensuring application availability and timely problem resolution.

Citi Technology Infrastructure (CTI)

CTI is a diverse organisation managing all forms of internal infrastructure products ranging from desktop, voice, servers (Wintel and Unix), messaging, firewall security, structured cabling, remote access and network services through to mainframe based application processing.

Credentials for Graduates

You will either be in your final year or a recent graduate with a keen interest in developing a career in Technology within the capacity of either software / applications development or infrastructure support. In order to succeed in either of the Technology departments, you will be required to have strong academic results, an inquisitive mind, sharp analytical skills and a keen intuition.

Your degree may be Computer specialised however it may also be Accounting, Commerce, Business Commerce/Law, Law, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering or any technology themed degree.

Should your preference for the Graduate Program be towards CMB Technology, you will have studied Computing / Information Technology including programming in languages such as Java, C++, Microsoft .net; you will have some exposure to Unix/Linux and Windows O/S environments and will probably have some experience in Sybase, ORACLE, SQL or other relational databases.
