Management Associate program
If you have three or more years corporate experience, are degree qualified with exceptional academic results, excellent communication, analytical and planning skills, and a "can do attitude" then you may be interested in our Management Associate (MA) program. The MA program is a developmental program for high potential Associates to take up future leadership roles within Citi. The program has an intake every 2 years with numbers dependent upon business requirements. Applications for our February 2014 intake reopens October 2013.
