The Recruitment Process

We recognise that the recruitment and retention of our employees is crucial to the ongoing success of our business. Our aim is to ensure that all candidates for roles within Corporate and Investment Banking experience a recruitment process that is of the highest quality.

During the recruitment process you may be asked to participate in one or more of the following activities:

  • Online application via our Careers page for specific advertised roles and also for your general expression of interest for future opportunities
  • Phone interviews
  • Behavioural (Targeted Selection) Interviews
  • Psychometric testing
  • Skills testing i.e. computer skills
  • Completion of Pre-employment Declaration and provision of personal identification
  • Reference Checks
  • Background / Probity Checks


All candidates interviewed will be invited to participate in online feedback to provide us with comments to support and improve our ongoing recruitment activities.
