Our program

Citibank's Retail Consumer Bank Management Associate Program is a two year rotational development program designed to give high potential individuals, with leadership and management promise, the knowledge and framework to succeed in an accelerated career in the Banking and Finance sector.

Develop your natural potential via structured rotations across the organisation, stretch assignments, exposure to senior leaders and dedicated training and development. As you gain a deeper understanding of our business, you will be expected to add fresh perspectives and make significant contributions whilst strengthening Citibank's future leadership bench strength.

The MA Program Australia will be based at our Sydney office.
