The Management Associate (MA) program is a development opportunity for high potential people who have two or more years corporate experience, performing at an exceptional level. The intent of this program is to develop our Associates to take up future leadership roles. To qualify candidates need to have had two or more years corporate experience, degree qualified with exceptional academic record, excellent communication, analytical and planning skills, and a "can do attitude". The program has an annual intake with numbers dependent upon business requirements.

Recruitment for the 2007 MA program intake is currently underway.

What to expect on the program

A rotational program, the MA program is designed for the participant to develop a broad experience base and a strong internal network across the organisation.

All MAs are provided with a variety of development experiences regarding Citibank products, personal effectiveness, and leadership skills. They are also introduced to senior internal Mentors at the beginning of their program. MAs participate a structured program of classroom and e-learning training, networking and information forums, as well as sessions with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team.
