Citibank is the world's largest issuer of credit cards. In Australia we offer a range of credit cards, including Citibank Platinum (Australia's first Platinum card), Gold and Silver Visa and Mastercards. All cards are linked to our exciting Rewards program offering Qantas Frequent Flyer points, a range of merchandise, gift vouchers, discounts, access to great seats and hard-to-get tickets as well as charity redemptions.

Citibank cardholders can include a personalised photograph and digital signature on their credit card for added security. Citibank also has Gold and Silver Mastercards in partnership with other respected brands including RAMS, IMB, Wide Bay Capricorn, Maitland Mutual and Mackay Permanent Building Society.

Citigold Wealth Management Banking

CitiGold Wealth Management Banking is a tailored financial portfolio planning and advisory service provided by our team of multi-lingual financial consultants and planners who operate out of Financial Investment Centres in Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and Melbourne. Our consultants provide a full range of investment and insurance options, including managed investments, superannuation, wrap accounts, foreign exchange investment products, fixed rate deposits, at call and term deposits as well as everyday transaction accounts.

Through a customised wealth planner and online portfolio tracking service, we can undertake a comprehensive analysis of a customer's financial portfolio to provide the information needed to make the most of any investment.

Insurance and Investment

Citicorp Life Insurance provides both investment and risk insurance products.

Citicorp Life's investment product range, branded as Citi, provides a capital and rate guarantee to customers through innovative investment vehicles including an Immediate Annuity (incorporating a complying annuity), an Allocated Pension and a Superannuation Fund. All of our investments are fixed term/fixed rate investments which provide customers with a known result.

Citicorp Life's insurance products and services are offered through the CitiInsurance brand, offering products to suit every client's life stage, including Term Life, Trauma, Mortgage Repayment and Credit Protection Insurance.

The independent international ratings agency, Standard and Poor's, has rated Citicorp Life 'very strong' on its financial security with an AA-rating.

Mortgages

Citibank is an established player in the Australian Mortgage market. Since 1987 Citibank has been a catalyst for change in the mortgage industry with a reputation for innovation. The "line of credit" or equity loan was pioneered by Citibank Australia and has since been replicated in worldwide markets. More recently we were the first bank to implement a web-based loan system from application to settlement, with approval provided to mortgage brokers in less than two minutes.

Citibank Mortgages offers a range of products designed to suit all customer needs, including Citibank Offset Mortgage, Citibank Revolving Mortgage and Basic and Standard Variable Mortgages. Our mortgage products are distributed primarily via third party mortgage brokers but also via advisors and direct to the customer.

Personal Finance

Citibank offers Ready Credit, a flexible line of credit that gives you control of your personal finances. Ready Credit provides cash for any purpose via ATMs across the globe, purchasing power throughout the EFTPOS network and cheques without the hassle and fees associated with most personal loans and overdrafts in the market.

Diners Club Australia

Diners Club Australia offers charge card services to personal, small business and corporate customers through a convenient payment medium and flexible financial management systems. The charge card is accepted at over 9 million locations internationally.

Diners Club was brought under Citibank's trademark red umbrella when it fully acquired the Diners Club franchise in Australia in 1999.

In 2003, it created new co-branded cards with leading Australian businesses, ANZ and Qantas.
