Salary Sacrifice Arrangements
Citi offers a flexible salary packaging structure that includes the option of salary sacrificing motor vehicles, car parking, additional superannuation contributions use of pre-tax salary to purchase laptop computers and mobile phones.

Performance-based Rewards Schemes
Citi has a number of different incentive arrangements in place, including cash incentive and equity programs.

Employee Share Purchase Plan
From time to time, an Employee Share Purchase Plan is offered to eligible employees.

Insurance Benefits
Citi covers the cost of insurance benefits including Salary Continuance and Death and Total Permanent Disability Insurance.

Childcare Centre
Citi has a childcare centre for young children of our employees in the Sydney CBD.

Primary Carer's Benefit
After 12 months' continuous employment, female or male employees are entitled to take a maximum of fifty-two (52) weeks Parental Leave, where they are the principal care-giver to a newly-born or newly-adopted child. A Primary Carer's Benefit, equivalent to 12 weeks, is paid in two instalments.

Employee Assistance Program
The Citi Employee Assistance Program offers all permanent employees and their families a free, professional and confidential counselling service.

Work / Life Links
An information resource service, free to Citi employees, providing information about any type of dependant care, health or lifestyle service.

Flexible Work Practices
Citi has a flexible work practices policy that encompasses part time, job share and telecommuting work arrangements.

Further Education Scheme
Citi may provide reimbursement for tuition and other course fees for employees who wish to undertake further studies on a part-time basis.

Citi Gym
Citi employees in Sydney can access a fully-equipped gym located within our Park St offices.

Staff Social Club
Member benefits include discounted admission to events, member only give-aways and functions and exclusive access to discounts and services.

Special Deals and Discounts
Citi has negotiated a range of discounts for employees on the purchase of motor vehicles, travel and accommodation, computers, and other items such as mobile phones, internet plans and hotel rates to name a few.

Employee Service Awards
Employees currently working within Citi are recognised for significant periods of service with the organisation. On reaching a service milestone an employee will receive a certificate of service, and a cash award.
